Please, submit your Exam Score Report in PDF format within 7 (seven) days of your exam date to support@certshome.com. CertsHome Billing Team will verify the authenticity of your purchase and all submitted documents to avoid online fraud. As long as the documents are in order, the new product will be delivered to your account within 3 (three) days after we have received your request with all supporting documents. Please note that the Guarantee applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from CertsHome. Thanks to CertsHome Guarantee, you'll pass the exam, get free update within 90 days after the purchase (if there's any) or in case of failure, receive one more product available on our website and necessary for your preparation. Your purchases of CertsHome Learning Materials are absolutely risk-free.

When Can You Claim The Guarantee?

Give it a try and you will lose nothing! There is ABSOLUTELY NO RISK! To claim the guarantee, customers should contact support@certshome.com. The request must be sent within 7 (seven) days after exam failure. IMPORTANT: Exchange can't be claimed in the following cases:

• We strongly recommend that you spend at least 7 days studying for the exam with our learning materials. Otherwise, you may fail your exam due to insufficient preparation, and this is the basis to reject your claim.
• Purchasing the wrong product. If you purchased, downloaded and installed learning materials for a wrong/another exam, the claim based on your failure will not be entertained.
• If the exam materials were given to you for free.
• If there had been over 90 days from the date of the purchase (Expired order).
• If the exam has been retired (for customers who used our recent product to take the exam which has been retired).
• Products sold to another person (when the name of the person who made the purchase is different from the one stated on the score report).
• The purchases of Unlimited Access Mega Pack (3 months, 6 months or 12 months) aren't covered by the Guarantee.
